New Patients at Lifestyle Chiropractic
Here at Lifestyle Chiropractic, we value our patients. We know that visiting a new practice for the first time can feel nerve-racking, so we do everything we can to eliminate unnecessary stress, including the option to print and complete your forms at home before your visit.
Request an AppointmentWhat to Expect at Your First Visit
Your first visit to Lifestyle Chiropractic begins with a consultation where Dr. David Leidich learns about your health history, current symptoms, and goals. From there, a physical and postural examination helps identify the source of your pain or discomfort, whether that involves chronic back or neck pain, a pinched nerve, or another concern. Based on these findings, Dr. Leidich will build a personalized treatment plan that may include chiropractic adjustments, physiotherapy, or laser therapy.
We think of our patients as part of our extended family, and we are excited to meet you. To make your visit as smooth as possible, we recommend completing your new patient forms ahead of time and arriving a few minutes early for check-in.
